Celebrity supporters
Kelly Osbourne
Meet the celebrities who are helping us to GENErate in 2008! Jeans for Genes would like to say a huge thank you to all those lending their support to us this year.
Kelly Osbourne
Kelly is the well-known daughter of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne but she's very much a star in her own right.
She's the host of Sky One's Project Catwalk and presents Radio 1's
Sunday Surgery, a health and issues phone-in. She's also the teen
agony aunt for the Sun newspaper.
Well-known for her cutting edge sense of style, Kelly is the perfect choice to model our 2008 t-shirt.
Kate Garraway
You'll know Kate from the most famous sofa in the country! She's the face of breakfast TV show, GMTV, where you'll see her alongside Andrew Castle or Ben Shephard.
She's also starred in the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing and was the host of ITV's lunchtime show, Too Many Cooks.
Kate is married to psychotherapist, Derek Draper, and they have a daughter, Darcy, who's now 2 years old.
Nick Ede
Nick Ede
You may well know Nick from Sky One's Project Catwalk or from his weekly slot, "What's in Fashion and What I'm Trashing," on GMTV's LK Today.
Nick was one of the judges who selected the winning design from the students at the London College of Fashion that appears on our gorgeous t-shirts this year.
Nick is very familiar with genes as his dad was a geneticist. You can see Nick on a brand new show from Saturday 16th July, Diet on the Dancefloor, on Living TV.
Wayne Hemingway
The Morecambe-born designer was the creative talent behind the jeans which adorned the statue of the Lancashire town's hero on Jeans for Genes Day in 2007.
Eric Morecambe stood in his famous pose on Morecambe seafront, wearing a pair of jeans with a bleached out design made with a pair of his own glasses.
Wayne was also one of the judges asked to select a winning design for our 2008 t-shirt. His company, Hemingway Design, now designs everything from clothing and furniture to housing estates.
